Chaitanyaa Finetech has a manufacturing unit at Vijayawada, India, which is of 15,000 Sft area equipped with world class infrastructure, highly advanced and sophisticated machinerylike Fiber Laser Cutting machine, NC Shearing machine, CNC Hydraulic Press Brake, Power Presses, Painting, Powder coating system with Conveyor system & Oven baking, High Pressure Pouring Machine with Hot Sandwich Panel Press as well as other sheet metal fabrication machinery of the latest technology. Goals have been set for achieving zero error products in precision sheet metal working.
Chaitanyaa Finetech attaches great importance to upgrading technology continuously which leads to increase in productivity and improved quality.
We also follow stringent quality norms by maintaining high quality raw material, periodic in-process inspections, and itemizedreporting. We are also flexible with 3rd party quality inspection which allows our customers tohave quality inspected here at our manufacturing site itself.
Chaitanyaa Finetech is well equipped with machines for testing and inspection and follows astringent time-based inspection relating to inward, in-process and final movement of its products. Advanced quality measures will be taken at Chaitanyaa Finetech to ensure that focus is on Quality, not only of our products but also of our processes and our people.
